Summary

The Find tool within the Documents page allows users to run a basic search through the viewable metadata applied to documents and folders only, returning filtered results of the folder structures and related documents that are either a part or exact match.

Find does not search through the contents of the documents themselves and Boolean operators are not supported -  the Search tab should be used for both exercises instead. 


Guidance


1.  Running your Search - Within the Documents page, populate the Find bar and either press Enter on your keyboard or click the funnel icon to run the search. The page should update with the relevant filtered results for both Documents and Folders.

2.  Navigating the Results - Users can click through the folders / documents as normal and press the + icon (end of each folder) to expand the contents of the folder, rather than showing just the search results.
