Summary
Export Search Report is a tool in the Search Page that allows users to download a PDF or Word report of the search results, containing the parameters of the search and the results themselves, detailing the context and associated metadata information.
The documents found in the search and an Excel index of the associated metadata can be exported alongside the report.
Reports are limited to contain 500 results. If your results contain more than this, the report would need to be generated in parts.

Exporting Search Reports & Documents
- Run a Search - Within the Search page, run your search and toggle the results to be included using the checkboxes on the left.
- Export Report (& Documents) - Press Tools from the grey toolbar and select the relevant option(s):
- Export Report - Exports the report. Once selected, choose whether it is in PDF or Word format, alongside whether transcript line numbers are required (applies to Opus Realtime transcripts only).
- Export Documents - Exports the documents found in the search. Once selected, the Export tool should appear, allowing customisation of the export as standard.
- Export Excel - Exports the Excel Metadata Index of the selected documents. The metadata columns included can be adjusted with the View tool as standard.
