Summary
View is a tool the Documents and Search page that allows users to customise the available metadata columns across all folders (it cannot be changed on a bundle-by-bundle basis) by toggling the columns on or off.
View will only change the individual user's view and will not affect other users on the platform. If a metadata column should be made viewable to all users on the platform by default, please contact the Solution Operations team.

Changing the View
- Open View Tool - Within the Documents or Search page, at the left of the grey toolbar select View.
- Toggle Relevant Columns - From the dropdown menu, tick the relevant columns to be displayed or hidden to automatically update the columns in the index.
