Summary

Opus 2 are able to assist with creating and populating a chronology based on a pre-prepared Excel which can be used for import, with the time taken to do so being billable at our standard content management rates. Once prepared, the Excel should be sent to the Solution Operations team.

The Excel should list out the metadata for each Chronology entry in the relevant columns, alongside unique identifiers for any documents that should be linked to the entries. Each entry should have an individual row which is correctly formatted to ensure it can be efficiently and accurately created.

Formatting Requirements

TagsDocument Tags to be assigned to the entry, if required.If more than one Tag is required, seperate them with a semi-colon, i.e. Tag 1; Tag 2; Tag 3.
Field is case sensitive and must match the Tag name exactly, otherwise a new tag will be created.
Entries can be tagged after import. 
SourcesUnique identifiers for hyperlinking the entry to target documents. If more than one document link is required, seperate them with a semi-colon, i.e. Using a Document ID as the unique identifier, Doc001; Doc002; Doc003.
Links in bulk can only be made to the document, and not to an individual page.
