Summary
The Transcript Viewer page shows any transcripts produced by Opus which are hosted in your workpsace. The viewer has in-built functionality allowing for easier navigation and review, alongside any synchronised audio that has been uploaded.
Contact the Case Management team at casemanagers@opus2.com for further information on any element of the Transcript or Realtime services.
We've set out below how to use the Transcript Viewer page and the Transcript Wall within.
More information on Realtime transcripts and Team chat can be found here.
