Summary
By default, all users accounts are assigned the standard User role. Within the User role, the ability to amend other users work product is restricted to ensure it cannot be accidentally removed (as this cannot be recovered or undone).
We are able to grant elevated permissions (at no extra cost) by assigning the Power User role, which will allow the relevant user to amend certain elements of work product created by other users.
We'd advise that the Power User role is only assigned to key members of your team who are responsible for updating work product within Opus.
We've set out below the comparison table between the standard User and elevated Power User roles.
