Summary
Our in-house Training team are able to offer complimentary training sessions on the functionality of the Opus 2 Hearings platform.
The team can also provide access to Opus 2 Learn, our online learning hub which allows users to review online materials for the core functionality and learn at their own pace when convenient.
The Training team do not offer training on preparing the Excel Index, documents for upload or hyperlinking. Review the relevant courses on Opus 2 Learn or contact the Solution Operations team for assistance with these items.
We've set out below how to contact the Training team and the scope of training sessions.
Contacting the Training Team
Email the Training team at the following address to arrange a live 60 minute training session (providing preferred dates and times) and / or access to Opus 2 Learn (confirming the names and email addresses of users).

Scope of Training
Training sessions will cover the core functionality on the platform:
- Introduction to the Platform - Explore the Opus 2 platform, key features and where to find support.
- Working with Documents - Navigate documents, work with AI and categorise documents in your way.
- Creating and Reviewing Annotations / Notes - Create and share notes with colleagues and review them all in one place.
- Using Search Effectively - Search across documents and metadata to quickly find the information you need.
- Realtime Transcripts - Navigate, view, and work with live transcripts.
- Existing Transcripts - Navigate, view and work with finalised Opus transcripts.
If any platform related tools / functionality are not listed above, let the Training team know before the training and they may be able to include it within the session.
