Summary

The Find tool within the Documents page allows users to run a basic search using the pagination value, being Bundle/Tab/Page as standard, to quickly find the relevant document.

More information on how to search for documents using other metadata fields or the content of the document can be found here.

We've set out how to use Select Document below.

Using Select Document

  1. Running your Search - Within the Documents page, press Select Document and populate the boxes by typing or using the dropdown menu as follows:
    1. Bundle (First Box) - Populate the first box with the Bundle value and press Enter on your keyboard.
    2. Tab (Second Box) - The second box should appear once the first is populated. Populate the second box with the Tab value and press Enter on your keyboard. The screen should update to show page 1 of the relevant document.
    3. Page (Optional) - Populate the Page box with a page value (if you would like to view a specific page) and press Enter.
If an inaccurate value has been input to any of the boxes it will appear red. Review the value to ensure it exists on the platform and if you are still encountering issues, contact the Solution Operations team for further assistance.
