Summary
Note Tags can be applied to Annotations (Notes) for applying a category, issue or grouping, allowing for easier review and analysis at a later date.

Highlight Mode allows users to to quickly apply a Note Tag by simply highlighting the text or area, without the need for the Annotation tool to open.

Guidance
- Applying Note Tags- Within the Annotation tool, you can apply Note Tags in one of two ways:
- Recently Used Shortcut - Under the Note input box, the last 10 tags used should appear in relevant coloured boxes. Users can press the box to apply the tag.
- Whilst the Note input box will change colour based on the first tag selected, any subsequent tags selected will be applied, albeit without the colour change on the Note box.
- Select a Tag - Press the multicoloured pen icon in the bottom left to open the Select Notes Tag window. Choose Shared Tags (default option) or Personal Note Tags, tick the relevant tag(s) to be applied and press Apply.
- Press Manage Tags in the bottom left to add or edit a tag if needed.
- Press Manage Tags in the bottom left to add or edit a tag if needed.

- Save Note - Within the Annotation tool, press Save to ensure the Note Tag is saved to the annotation.
